Andrew Shakman is the CEO and co-founder of Leanpath, the mission-driven technology company that pioneered the world’s first automated food waste tracking system in 2004. A global advocate for sustainability, he has spent over two decades helping thousands of kitchens across 45 countries halve their food waste through measurement and behavioral change. Andrew is a frequent speaker at prestigious venues like the United Nations and Harvard, and he was recently recognized as one of the "Meaningful Business 100" for his leadership in tackling the global food waste crisis.

Chef Robb White
Chef Robb White, CEC, CCA, AAC, is the Executive Chef and "Food Waste Culinary Coach" at Leanpath, bringing over 40 years of experience as a corporate chef, private chef, and culinary educator. Known as the world’s first "Food Waste Fighting Chef," he now travels the country in a custom sprinter van to provide hands-on training for culinary teams. Before joining Leanpath in 2017, he served as the Dean of Culinary at the Culinary Institute of Michigan and held various leadership roles across hotels, country clubs, and healthcare facilities.

Chef Ben Murphy
Ben Murphy is a Food Waste Prevention Chef and Culinary Support Manager at Leanpath, where he leverages over 14 years of professional culinary experience to help global kitchens reduce their environmental impact. After a diverse career spanning fine dining, corporate catering, and weekend brunch, he earned a Master’s in Environmental Science to focus on the intersection of mass food production and sustainability. Today, he works closely with culinary teams to transform waste data into actionable, everyday prevention practices.
